During October 2020 the First course on Quantum Programming is being taught at the Escuela Superior de Informática of the Universidad de Castilla – La Mancha.
This first edition of the course is directed by Manuel Ángel Serrano and will be taught by the aQuantum members José Antonio Cruz-Lemus, José Luis Hevia and Manuel Serrano.
During this course the basic concepts of mathematics, quantum mechanics and quantum programming will be introduced. Later, the students will learn how to program these algorithms in Microsoft Q#.
After the completion of the course, students will be able to start making their first quantum programs and begin in this new concept of computing and algorithmic.
This course is part of the initiatives that aQuantum, aligned to the Talavera Manifesto and that seek the consolidation of quantum software engineering as one of the fields in which professionals, researchers and students should want to deepen.
