Mario Piattini, aQuantum Chief Research Officer (CRO), has published the article QPath solves most of the quality problems of quantum computing platforms.

It’s necessary a new “quantum software engineering”. Quantum software will need to be developed in an appropriate way. To produce “quality quantum software”, making the required significant investments in knowledge and platforms, we must know well the impact on quality of the main quantum software development kits and tools.

Bearing in mind this urgent need for the design and development of quality quantum software, and taking as a reference on a recent study on the impact on quality of the main quantum software development kits and tools, the author analyzes in detail the behavior in QPath of the characteristics that, according to this theoretical/practical study, have the most impact on quality attributes.

In the article, the author demonstrates how and why QPath solves most of the quality problems detected in the quantum computing platforms analyzed in the study.

Based on this evidence, the author concludes that QPath is a platform that facilitates the development of quality practical quantum software for its users.
