Ricardo Pérez-Castillo, Manuel A. Serrano and Mario Piattini, members of aQuantum by Alarcos, have co-authored the article entitled “Software modernization to embrace quantum technology” published in the scientific journal Advances in Engineering Software, Elsevier.
This article addresses the problem of integrating quantum information systems (Increasingly widespread) and the classical ones, toward the so-called hybrid information systems.
This article came up with a solution from the quantum software engineering perspective and, in particular, it presents a software modernization and reengineering method adapted to both kinds of information systems.
