According to the study “2020 Computer Science and Electronics ranking” prepared by guide2research, based on the H index of Google Scholar and the research indexed in the DBLP, Ph.D. Mario Piattini Velthuis, Leader of the Alarcos Research Group (University of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain), occupies ex aequo the 6th place among Spanish researchers, also is among the thousand best in the world.
This is not the first time that Mario, thanks to his research activities in the field of engineering systems and software, has received recognition for his contributions. In 2008 he was recognized as one of the best independent researchers and since then he has received various mentions and awards in computing, appearing since 2018 among the 1,000 best researchers in the world.
At aQuantum we just want to congratulate Mario on his well-deserved recognition and say that we are proud that he is our Science Team Leader.
