Ignacio García Rodríguez de Guzmán, aQuantum Senior Researcher and Professor at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, presented the Keynote entitled “Current State of Quantum Software Engineering” at the “Second National Meeting of the Mexican Thematic Network of Software Engineering” (REDMISOFT 2023).
In this presentation, some of the advances made by the scientific community in Quantum Software Engineering in areas such as quality measurement, testing or modernisation of quantum software were presented. Subsequently, there was the opportunity to discuss with several of the attendees about the present and future of quantum computing, as well as crucial aspects for the future of this paradigm, such as the way in which it could be taught at different educational levels.
